Medal of lves the WWII thtre for the first time in its 11-yr history and enters the modern day setting of war-torn Afghanistan seen through the lens of a small band of fictional characters. As well, players will be introduced to the Tier 1 Operator, an elite warrior and relatively unknown instrument of the U.S. Military that operates under the National Command Authority, taking on missions no one else can handle.

Over 2 million soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines wr the uniform. Of those, approximately 50 thousand fall under the direct control of the Special Operations Command. Of these, a relatively unknown entity of handpicked warriors is called on when the mission must not fail. They are the Tier 1 Operators. The Tier 1 Operator functions on a plane of existence above and beyond even the most highly trained Special Operations Forces. Their exact s, while classified, hover in the low hundreds. They are living, brthing, precision instruments of war. They are experts in the appliion of violence. The new Medal of is inspired by and has been developed with Tier 1 Operators from this elite community. Step into the boots of these warriors and apply their unique skill sets to a new enemy in the most unforgiving and hostile battlefield conditions of present day Afghanistan.

Ftures:

Medal of will fture a single-player campaign that takes place in 2002, in which the player will control multiple characters from both the “Tier 1” and “Big Military” perspectives. The storyline will follow several “Tier One Operators” working under the National Command Authority in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. Players will also play as a US Army Ranger and an Apache helicopter gunner, fighting on a larger scale than the “Tier 1 Ops” campaign, as players will then only be a small part of the “war machine”. The campaign will be hvily weighted (with regards to playtime) in favor of the Tier 1 operators.
